This terms and use outlines how Bid Sharp collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website or services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Services Agreement

Typically, it takes about 48 hours to complete an estimate once you agree to the provided quote and complete the payment process. Depending on the project’s scale and complexity, the turnaround may be longer, and we confirm it in your quote before work begins.

2. Payment Policy

We accept online payments through secure methods including Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal. Once we review your project plans and details, we’ll send you an invoice along with the estimated delivery date.

3. Bidding Policy

Bid Sharp is not responsible if a contractor fails to submit their bid in time. Once an estimate has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations are eligible for a refund only if made within 2 hours of payment. Beyond this period, our team begins work and refunds are not possible.

Clients who wish to keep their provided information confidential should notify us. Upon request, we can prepare a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for mutual agreement. Without such a request, Bid Sharp reserves the right to use project information for marketing purposes such as testimonials, which may include the client’s name, company details, project information, estimated costs, and drawings.

4. Use of Information

  • Information you give us is used to answer your request, prepare quotes and estimates, operate your member account and keep the website secure, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We send service emails (quote replies, project updates, account confirmation and password reset). Members may also receive a welcome email and one reminder email about our estimating services; each reminder includes a link to stop further reminders.
  • We send marketing or promotional text messages only if you have given separate, explicit consent to receive them. Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • We follow applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and ask for help by replying HELP.

5. SMS or MMS Communication Terms

By providing a mobile number through the Bid Sharp website, contact forms, or other direct communication channels, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages related to inquiry follow-up, quote requests, quote confirmations, scheduling coordination, project updates, and other service-related customer communications. 6. Member Accounts

Some parts of the website, including open-bid and bid-result pages, require a free member account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will tell members before any charge applies and you will not be charged without agreeing to it.

7. Bid Information and Acceptable Use

Open-bid and bid-result information is compiled from public agency sources and is provided for general reference only. It may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the agency, and you must confirm every detail, document and deadline on the official listing before relying on it. Bid Sharp is not affiliated with the listing agencies and does not guarantee that any bid information is accurate or current. These features are intended for users in the United States. You agree not to use scripts, bots, scrapers or other automated tools, or to copy, republish, resell or systematically download the content of the website or its bid data, and not to try to bypass access limits or security measures. We may limit or block access to protect the service.
