1. Services Agreement

Typically, it takes 2 to 3 business days to complete an estimate once you agree to the provided quote and complete the payment process. However, depending on the project’s scale and complexity, this timeframe might extend by a few hours to days.

2. Payment Policy

We accept online payments through secure methods including Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal. Once we review your project plans and details, we’ll send you an invoice along with the estimated delivery date.

3. Bidding Policy

Bid Sharp is not responsible if a contractor fails to submit their bid in time. Once an estimate has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations are eligible for a refund only if made within 2 hours of payment. Beyond this period, our team begins work and refunds are not possible.

Clients who wish to keep their provided information confidential should notify us. Upon request, we can prepare a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for mutual agreement. Without such a request, Bid Sharp reserves the right to use project information for marketing purposes such as testimonials, which may include the client’s name, company details, project information, estimated costs, and drawings.

4. Use of Information

• By providing your contact details, you consent to receive text messages and emails from Bid Sharp for marketing updates, promotions, and policy information.
• We limit messages to a maximum of 3 per month.
• We comply with local and international regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the U.S.
• After you opt in, you’ll receive a confirmation message outlining the terms and contact options for support.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
• You may unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP.

5. Pricing Policy

Our estimates are intended as guidelines and not as final project costs. We use RSMeans data for zip-code-specific material and labor rates. Prices may vary by region, contractor, or vendor. Bid Sharp does not provide additional insurance, warranties, or guarantees. We remain available for revisions and clarifications to help finalize your project pricing accurately.
